Coconut Emergency...How do i pick a good one?

I have no idea how to pick a good coconut, I always get the crappy ones. I fear I'll be called the crazy lady that can't pick out a coconut.

Any suggestions?

Shack it make sure there is liquid but not a lot make sure there is not punctures or indents on it and you good!
