I am on a diet. Is it ok to eat watermelon??!


Question:

I am on a diet. Is it ok to eat watermelon??

Or is there too many calories. I have been eating fruits when I crave sweets. Is the natural sugar in fruits as bad as, say, a Snickers?

watermelons the best!!!
watermelon is almost ALL water so you can stuff yourself with it, feel full yet its contains hardly any calories.
also it makes you pee alot so you will wash out toxins in your body. it also improves your skin(something i heard).
its also sweet and yummy. =]
another good fruit is tomatoes. its really good for your skin and has very little calories.
i went on a watermelon-tomato diet where i ate only those two for lunch. i lost alot. =]
but remember dont eat too much fruit or else youll get diarria!

oh yeah and NO the type of sugar is different. like fats, there is good sugar and bad sugar and the suagr in fruits is healthy!!
