What foods should I eat to boost my energy for a soccer match?
I've a big soccer match tomorrow at 3pm in the afternoon and it's going to be very hot, with temperatures at 32 degrees celsius and humidity about 80%.
What should I eat or drink to ensure that I have high energy levels for the game?

Eat a grilled, home-made burger. It has barely any fat, and alot of protein, which can help. Eat alot of carbs, but make sure they're quick burning. Drink Gatorade during the game to give you a bit of a sugar rush along with the energy boost, but after the game, cleanse your system with 20 oz. or so of water.
