i always wondered how does chocolate turn into white chocolate.

Hi....I hate to break this to you but it doesn't....White chocolate is technically not chocolate at all and is not made with cocoa beans...it is made with cocoa butter, which is yellow and an extraction of the cocoa bean....but it sure tastes great!
