Who makes the Disney labelled sugar-free Chocolate malt, vanilla and strawberry instant drink sticks?

I found this at one grocery in Scottsdale, AZ, but do not live there. If I could find the manufacturer I would attempt to buy it directly. None in CA, ID, or various other sites we have visited.

These individual packets are to add to milk and I would like to know where others find them in grocery stores, since the only place I found them was at Basha's (I think) in Scottsdale, AZ, and we live in northern CA.

I couldn't find the Disney labeled ones, but I found some that Sturm Foods makes, labeled Moo Magic. Here's the link to their site:
