It's powdered malt flavoring-& it doesn't matter what kinda maltshake either. I had a blueberry maltshake from the DQ. You can buy malt flavoring at most grocery stores then make em at home yourself.
Ice Creamshake
ice cream-any flavor,
milk,
powered malt flavoring,
fruit or syrups,
chips of ice,
Put all in a blender & Enjoy.
