My mom finally took me shopping and i got a ton of good healthy stuff I like.
Today Ive eaten: 2 bannanas, an apple about 40 grapes, 2 kiwifruits, and a half box of blueberries

yes, alot of fruit will give you too much sugar.. you should have 8 servings a day of fruit and vegetables combined and that is about 1/2 cup each serving..
also too much fruit will give you stomach cramping and diarrhea....try making a fruit salad and having it that way.
peel and cut up the fruit, sprinkle with lemon juice , a bit of sugar and add 1/2 cup water, mix it up and let sit in fridge.....
