How do you store fresh mozzarella cheese in the fridge?!


Question:

How do you store fresh mozzarella cheese in the fridge?

I just opened a pack and I'm wondering how I should store it...do I put it in a Tupperware container or just a Ziplock bag? It's not shredded mozzarella, it's like a roundish slab of it.

Well it's not a roundish slab, more like a rolled up ball.

Also - it freezes nicely!
