Do you normally skip breakfast?!
Do you normally skip breakfast?
I normally eat a light breakfast: a bowl of cereal, fruit, a cup of yogurt, and a cup of low sugar orange juice. I don't like eating heavy in the morning because I already feel full when I wake up.

A person who does not eat within the 1st hour of being awake could gain 10LBS a year just by skipping this one meal! Your body is set up to burn off a certain amount of calories and to keep your blood sugar stable it needs to have food at least every 4-8hours. I always say go light on this meal only because you want to wake up not feel like you do after dinner when you want to go be lazy or go to bed. A good protein and some good fruit should get you going. Orange juice is fine, but only a small amount. It contains a lot of natural sugars and this in turn makes your blood sugar spike and can make you feel dizzy or light headed before your next meal. Yogurt is great as long as you watch the sugar intake on it as well. Your plan for the morning is to get started with a protein not a sugar overload. Plus if you eat breakfast you are not going to over eat during your next meal! Look at this stuff I included. Hope this helps anyone who skips breakfast!
