Answers:

First of all, the breakfast ideas that you are contemplating are both not substantial. You need at least 300 calories in your breakfast to supply enough energy. So I would say neither of the two. Go with this instead: 1 cup of multi-grain cereal, 2/3 cup 1% or 2% milk, 1 tbsp chopped walnuts, and 1 banana. This meal is light and filling, and will keep you going for at least 4 hours.

The first lunch is better than the second because it has a source of protein from the hummus. But the second lunch is too low in protein. Plus, english muffins are way too processed to be considered a health food. Eat some whole-grain bakery bread instead.

The second dinner is better because the first one lacks a protein source. You need to balance your meals!

Neither dessert is healthy-- both contain artificial sweeteners which are devastating to your health. Swap that processed and artificial food for some fresh sweet fruit. You can even add a dollop of yogurt and a drizzle of honey on top. Delicious and 100% natural.
