What is a healthy meal for I can eat?
Ok, I admit I've gone over board with the junk and everything and I've been not excercizing anymore. But when I go back to school I want to be ready for P.E class. So I've started a Healthy diet. So what meal I should eat that is healthy?!
Answers:
-Try grilling ur food instead of frying it...
-Eat less fat... go for lean meats n stuff...
-Use olive oil and vinegar on ur salads instead of fatty salad dressings...
-Use canola or grape seed oil for ur cooking instead of other kinds...
-Eat ur vegetables! and don't drench them in butter...
-Eat ur fruits... fresh... n don't add sugar to it!
If you wanna go the whole nine yards...
-switch to whole wheat...
-add flax seed to ur meals... it doesn't have any taste... so u wouldn't know its there...
-AND don't forget to eat something every 3 hours...
Follow these guidelines... n u can eat whatever u want... as long as u prepare it in a healthy way :)
