Does anybody on here eat homemade french fries?

I love to make my french fries from scratch does anybody else on here eat home made french fries?

My recipe is take 2 Bakers potatoes scrub in hot water for 1 minute 2 remove any embedded dirt or soil peel and cut into cubes or strips wash again
sprinkle with Dash or Lawreys seasoning salt place in shallow frying pan of canola oil / (try oilve oil if you want them soft) and fry turning over until gold on each side take em out soak em on a paper and enjoy!!!

I am currently making homemade french fries. They taste so much better. My husband won't let me make store bought french fries since he has tried my home made ones.
If fact the other day he requested me to make some and bring them to him at work.
