Its almost here!
I'm going to buy me a few bushels and eat like a pig!

The wonderful aroma of roasting green chile. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM Should be a good crop this year, not too much or too little water. I should buy a bag and roast and freeze it. We eat that much over the course of a year.
