Sushi is actually one of the healthiest foods that you can eat, it has a lot of nutritional value...just don't eat it with Soy sauce! (That adds sodium and some other things). Sushi is low in calories, low in fat and low in cholestrol. Just don't eat too much of it like I do when I eat 30 pieces and don't eat the rest of the day. It'll give you your zinc and protein (fish, shrimp etc.) plus vegtable portions (cucumbers, carrots etc) and seaweed has next to no calories. Happy sushi eating!
