I have a Set of Cast Iron Skillet's made for that. There are
6 cup like Indentations for it. You put the Snails and top with a
Mix of Butter, Garlic, Parsley, Salt and Pepper and a sprinkle of Parmesan. Bake in the Oven until it Bubbles.
Ready to eat !!!!!!
Dont forget some Baguette to dip the Butter
