Answers:

Saskatchewan, Canada - sorry about the mix between imperial and metric measurements below ---
milk - 3.50 for 4 litres
eggs - 1.69 dozen
veggies - around a dollar for lettuce - romaine, green leaf or iceburg; potatoes $6 for 20 pounds; cauliflower - $2/head; broccoli - 99/pound; radishes, 35 cents/bunch; english cucumber $1; cabbage - 50cents/pound; that's pretty much all I buy fresh, except for corn and asparagus when they are in season. Canned veggies I buy are corn - 60 cents a can, and mushrooms 50-99 per can. Otherwise I use frozen mixed veggies - $4 for 2kg bag.
Meat is tougher - fresh whole chicken - buy when on sale for about 4.30/kg; fresh legs and backs when they go on sale for $2.18/kg; pork chops, sirloin, bone-in - 4.50/kg; regular ground beef - about $3/kg.; blade steak, boneless (I marinate, then it's just as good as a more expensive cut) - less than $5/kg.
