How long can ribs stay good that have been frozen in a vacuumed packed container.?!

Question:

How long can ribs stay good that have been frozen in a vacuumed packed container.?

My grandma gave me some ribs when she was cleaning out her freezer that were from May 2002. They've never been cooked and are in a very well sealed vacuum packed plastic. They don't look to be freezer burnt and still look fresh. Do you think there still good?

Answers:

Go for it. Just make sure the internal temperature gets to 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Enjoy.
