What should I have for a Midnight Snack (O.k. a 11 o'clock snack)?

I'm kinda hungry and I don't know what to eat! :(


Answers:

a slice of whole grain toast, 2 handfuls of almonds, an ounce of pretzels, an ounce of original Sun Chips...one of the above that's low fat with a 1/2 glass of unsweetened juice or 1/2 glass of low fat milk
