Foods containing nutrients found in milk?!

Question:

Foods containing nutrients found in milk?

I just took my son off the bottle, I haven't given him a bottle all day long, he's 2 1/2 years old, so it's something that I needed to do. He already uses regular cups to drink liquids, but he wont drink milk from one, and if he does drink, it wont be much. He does eat cereal in a bowl, and I know he takes some milk that way.
My question is, since most likely I wont get him to drink a whole glass of milk, which foods can I give him that will provide him with everything that milk has?
Also, which vitamins are best for a child his age? I've never given him any type, so I have no idea where to start.
Thank you in advance for all your opinions! God bless!

Please do not make any comments about how old he is, and that he shouldn't be drinking a bottle anymore, it was my choice to do so, and don't need or want any type of criticism. I just want information on foods.

Answers:

The foods that are best are things many kids do not like such a vegetables. Cheese has calcium as it is made from milk.

Vitamin D is made in our skin. Just add sunlight and bam you got it. Very strange isn't it?

I found this site I hope it helps you.http://www.dentalgentlecare.com/calcium_...

Good day
