Will I die if I eat honey mustard dressing that is expired by almost 3 months?

I found some Litehouse Honey Mustard dressing in my fridge that said best by May 2 07. It still smells and looks okay. Is it safe to eat?

You will not die. If it smells ok and looks ok you should be fine. I would eat it just this time. But if it tast funny, toss it right away. Milk, eggs, etc. you have to be careful of the expiration date. and especially mayo. A lot of times people will buy dressing and stuff from the store and the date is already expired and they don't realize it. Most people only check the dates on milk and stuff.
