Does all bacteria get killed if you bake food at 425 degrees? How long does it have to be cooked?!

Question:

Does all bacteria get killed if you bake food at 425 degrees? How long does it have to be cooked?

I'm cooking scalloped potatoes, and am worried because I spilt some chicken juice in them while I was moving things around the counter.

Answers:

Yes the food will be safe. you cook raw chicken in the oven at 375 - 400 degrees and it's safe to eat. and you only have a little splash of the chicken juice in it. I think scalloped potatoes cook for 30 minutes or so you are safe! plus the liquid in the potatoes actually boils so everything will be killed off
