How to make fettuchni sauce?!

Question:

How to make fettuchni sauce?

i know they say it needs cream but we just have flour, milk and mozzerllla cheese.. can i make a good sauce with these things?

Answers:

Not really. But if you have butter as well, then yes, you are in business!

Shred the cheese.

Combine equal parts of butter and flour in a small pan. You want about 2 Tbs of each for each cup of finished sauce. Cook over medium heat until the flour browns very slightly, stirring constantly.

Still stirring constantly, slowly pour in the milk and bring to a boil.

Add the cheese a little at a time and continue stirring until it is melted.

Reduce heat to low and simmer a few minutes, until the sauce thickens.

Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
