Whats your favourite cheese?!

Whats your favourite cheese?

I can't choose between mature gouda and feta.


Answers:

feta is great on salads, but i can just eat gouda all by itself, much creamier...

My favorite cheese by far though, is Butterkase (german for butter-cheese) it has a buttery-like texture and flavor, and little pockets like swiss cheese... but not near as sharp as swiss
