Should i do Chinese?!

Should i do Chinese?

there is a killer Chinese "all you can eat" buffet near where i live. if i stop there to eat on my way home after the gym, will that counter-affect my workout?


Answers:

Hmmm... depends if you're going to overeat or not.

Usually when you workout, your body still burns calories for many hours beyond your workout.

I say, "Yes" go for the buffet and enjoy... Just don't go hog wild. Just eat more veggie and workout harder then next time.

Also, I thought one reason people workout is so they can go to a buffet now and then.
