Question:

Will my ribeyes spoil when being marinated in 3 days?

Bought fresh 8/4, placed in marinade in frig 8/6. I want to cook them 8/9, will they be okay?


Answers:

as long as you keep them marinating in the frige, it will be ok :)never leave meat out for more than 30 minutes at room temp
