What's your favorite muffin?

mine is chocolate chip. i just had one for a treat today. just out of curiosity do you know how much calaroies a muffin can contain? i don't mind too much because i do high impatct aerobics six times a week.

Wow! 600 plus cals is a lot for a muffin... I didn't know it was that high!!! Good thing I do exercise lol

Plenty of answers for the sweet - American - varietry, but dont forget the English Muffin. The top one has to be a cheese muffin.
