Answers:

Right now my favorite is Michael Chiarello. Why? He seems down to earth, the food sounds good, and he lives in Napa Valley (like me!) so I get to see gorgeous views.

He replaced my old favorite of Emeril. Emeril just got too big for his britches, if you get my drift.
