I am about 5'3 and want to lose about 3-5 pounds before school which is the 27th.. if possible

Which foods are good for dieting?
BREAKFAST:: * strawberry yogurt (100 cal. but 14g sugar)
* 1 1/2 cup honey nut cheerio's w/ 1% milk
* Blueberry bagel (210 cal) Or Blueberry pancakes
* Cinnamon Waffle
* Maple brown sugar oatmeal (160 cal.)
*ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS??

LUNCH:: * salad--adding cheddar cheese, chopped turkey and ham, low fat ranch dressing
*Ramon noodles (chicken flavored)
*Chicken flavored rice
*Carrots,Grapes,Peach
*Sandwhich (turkey or peanut butter)
*ANY OTHER SUGGESTiONS???

DINNER:: *chicken
*mashed potatoes
*corn, green beans, peas
*macoroni and cheese
*ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS???

Whole grain bagel with all natural peanut butter and banana or honey.
or
A bowl of whole-grain cereal with 1% milk and banana slices
or
A bowl of nonfat yogurt with granola and almonds and fresh fruit
or
A bowl of oatmeal made with milk topped with fruit yogurt and fresh fruit

LUNCH:
Sandwhich made with whole grain bread, all natural peanut butter, banana, and honey with a glass of 1% milk and an apple on the side
or
Sandwhich with deli meat and vegetables with nonfat yogurt and fruit salad or just lots of fresh fruit on the side, along with some baby carrots

Snack (keeps you feeling full):
Baby carrots, apple slices, and whole grain crackers dipped in peanut butter
or
Yogurt, fruit, and granola parfait with a sprinkling of almonds on top
or
A handful of almonds

Dinner:
Chicken, a whole baked potatoe, corn, and green beans
or
An omelet
or
A vegetarian burrito
or
Soup and whole grain crackers and salad on the side

DESSERT (stops late-night snacking):
Nonfat yogurt and some nuts
