What can I eat if I can't have roughage, greasy, fatty, stringy, or milk?!

Question:

What can I eat if I can't have roughage, greasy, fatty, stringy, or milk?

My doctor told me today that I should avoid because I have Crohn's disease, roughage, greasy foods, fatty foods, stringy veggies and milk. What is there left that I can eat, like for snacks and breakfast? Also, I'm not allowed wheat, raisins, plums, or fruit with any kind of peeling.

Just also fyi, I have looked for support groups in my area, and because I live in a remote part of our area, I'm out of luck there. I have been on CCFA and other sites as well for people with Crohn's, but that still don't give me ideas for what I can and cannot eat when I get restricted this badly. I grew up a farmer's daughter, and anything with seeds, or peelings are not allowed. Apples are allowed as long as they are peeled, same with bananas, any other fruit has to be either canned or a juice.
