What Should I Feed The Little Girl I babysit?!

Question:

What Should I Feed The Little Girl I babysit?

Ah sorry about all the confusion in the last question.

Im a Vegitarian and shes not.

shes 4.
i dislike cooking meat for her lunch.

she likes smoothies at breakfast so thats alright with me.
i do layout some cold cuts for her to make a sandwich (she picks out what she wants)

Is there a Place were i can buy already cooked meat?
or something?

she likes veggies and fruits but i cant feed her what im eating..all i eat is fake meat, fruits, veggies, grains.

She has tried a bit of my fake meat that i let her try and she doesnt like it so i dont cook it anymore.

What should i make?
and are there any recipes we can make together?

Answers:

Try smoked sausages, the type that requires no cooking at all. You don't feed her a lot of this, it's mainly for flavor. Two or three thick-ish slices is plenty. There are hard varieties and soft ones. I especially liked the Hungarian soft sausages.

To accompany the sausages, have mashed potatoes, stampot (mashed potatoes with another veg. mashed in such as broccoli, pumpkin, carrot, spinach, etc.), spaghetti/macaroni, baked beans-and-rice ... your vegetarian fare, practically. Children aren't big on soy (I wasn't). They like soft stuff, so brown rice is out, but porridges and dahl should work. Porridge and sausage ... yum.

Macaroni and cheese, even without the sausage, will do too. She'll like those veggie-burgers that are based on shredded squash, I think. Google for recipe.
