What kind of biscuit are you going to eat with your tea/coffee today?

I'm thinking of having ginger and shortcake biscuits.
I can't wait for 4pm to roll round. I love my daily cuppa:))

my absolute favourite is an italian biscuit with roasted almonds,
And because i love dipping them into my tea/coffee, these don't go all soft real quick they are called
CANTUCCI, i think, must read the packet,
