OK, so I've come to the conclusion that i can no longer have Tabasco sauce. what else can i have?!

Question:

OK, so I've come to the conclusion that i can no longer have Tabasco sauce. what else can i have?

whenever i have Tabasco sauce, i get nauseated (sometimes i can't hold my food down) and very gassy (cramping, bloating, very painful stomach aches). obviously it's not worth it anymore. what can i do to add a kick to my food to make it not so bland? i hate hate hate food without tabasco sauce on it. but with it making me so sick, i can't do it anymore. will jalapeno sauce give me that same effect without making me so sick? or do i need to avoid that as well? i would prefer answers from those who have had experience with this, as they would understand how i'm feeling in all of this, but i also know that sometimes experience isn't always the best answer. thank you everyone :o)

ketchup? really? hmmmmmm...... maybe... i can see where you might get that from hot sauce... it does have flavor.... and if i get a low sodium (i think its the sodium in the hot sauce that makes me so sick) version, i may get that same flavor.... i'll consider it :o)

i'm not going to pump myself full of drugs (pepcid AC, tums, rolaids, etc) to be able to continue doing obvious damage to my body. and i will not continue to put a red pepper into my body if it is obviously doing so much damage. i'm just wondering if the other peppers (jalapeno & banana) will be a better alternative for me.
