What to eat before marching band?
The past week and a half I keep feeling really sick to my stomach during marching practice (we practice for 3 hours) IN TEXAS so its hott. What is something healthy to eat before band? (breakfast wise)

When I was doing 2 a days for football practice, besides eating a high protein breakfast (eggs, bacon, oatmeal, ect.) I always had banana's. These are great for a few reasons, but the primary benefit for you would be 1. It's convenient, and something you can actually take with you (you want to eat one every hour while your out there), 2. the potasium will help stave off your dehydration. 3.
