What is better to rehydrate you?? water or gatorade...?


Answers:

Gatorade replenishes your system with electrolytes and salt. When you sweat, your body loses salt, therefore, if you need re-hydration quick then use Gatorade. You should still get your 8 cups of water a day though. Also, as a side note, Gatorade is also an excellent way to get rid of a hangover or if you have had the flu/throwing up. This is because, once again, your salt levels are down when this happens.
