Which foods are highly rich in protein?
I want to start working out, I dont want a massive body builder's body, I just want a six pack and to be a bit more built up around my chest.
I also want it to happen quickly so I really need some dieting advices, I have no problem with fat, I'm as skinny as a twig and fat doesn't seem to affect me in anyway at all lol.

Heres a good fact: Drinking milk after a workout somehow allows muscle to build 110% more effectively than from soy or any other dairy product. So if youre into protein shakes, go milk.
The foods richest in protein would be eggs, nuts, red meat and of course good old whey protein.
As for your diet, for protein to be utilized best, you gotta go with carbs as well.
