How do you know if your foods been cooked in oil?!

Question:

How do you know if your foods been cooked in oil?

Like if you go out to eat, can you tell without eating it?

Answers:

Oil stays with the food. Press down with a fork and you can see the oil on your plate. Do be double-sure, lightly press a paper napkin (you might have to carry one) on the food- if the spot disappears in a few minutes- it's just moisture, if it stays- it's oil.
