Is customer service dead?!
Is customer service dead?
When I go to a restaurant or call a phone # for customer service, is it too much to ask for to actually GET customer service? And am I out of line for complaining if food is wrong or the person on the phone is a butthead? I used to work in restaurant management, & we wanted to know if something was wrong with product or service. That doesn't seem to be the case anymore. My boyfriend gets all bent out of shape if I send back food that's not cooked right or if I ask to speak to a supervisor if I can't resolve problems over the phone with a company's CS line. I don't scream or make a scene, but if I pay for the service, then shouldn't I get what I pay for?

I'm on your side; if we don't let companies know things that go wrong (or right) CS will continue going down hill, especially if you're dealing with a fast food franchise!
It sounds like you're keeping it professional.
Please keep it up, I know I will.
