Do you despair at the lack of blancmange in the modern world?

Where did it all go ? Why did no one care when it went ? Who got it all ?

During the school holidays I used to have a bowl of it every day. Mostly the chocolate flavour, but sometimes ther raspberry kind.
We were not rich enough to afford the rabbit mould though.

We have no problem finding it in South Wales we can get it in most supermarkets and corner shops
