Question about cooking Eggs over Easy...?

is it better to cook them on a high temp pan or cook at a low temp?


Answers:

What I do is keep the heat high when you pour the egg in (always crack in another bowl) when you pour it in and the egg starts to turn white, turn down the heat to like a 3 or a 2 and cook the egg low and slow. flip it, but you'll learn to gauge this after doing it enough times,

Also make sure you grease your pan with some olivio or margerine. it'll make it easier to flip it.
