When you buy your veggies with a good sell and use by date do you find they still do not?!

Question:

When you buy your veggies with a good sell and use by date do you find they still do not?

stay fresh for very long? I store everything apart from tatties in the cool box at the bottom of my fridge and it still does not make any difference whatsoever they still deteriorate quicker than I would have expected.

So what am I doing wrong after many years many years of shopping?. Never had this problem years ago and I try and buy loose vegetables whereever possible.

Answers:

I keep mine in some really good storage bags, check out Lakeland on the net & you'll see them. They are one of the best things I've ever bought. They keep carrots, brocoli, cauliflower & lots of other stuff fresh in the fridge for well over a week. Trust me,if you buy some you'll never look back!!
