Healthy breakfast - with no time to prepair?!
Healthy breakfast - with no time to prepair?
I'm a highschool student, who naturally hates getting up any earlier then I need to. So, I normally grab a Quaker's breakfast bar and go.
But, what kind of more filling, healthy breakfast could I get - and quick. I mean, no more than 2 minutes to make.
Or, even, a breakfast I could prepare the night before.
Something I could take with me, and eat in the car.

try hard boiling some eggs the night before. they give you energy and can be pre-prepared, and no matter how they are prepped, eggs are always a breakfast food
