Turkey do you love it? or find it dry to eat like me.
When it comes to birds on the table what do you want to get stuck into?

the only reason it is dry is you have over cooked it
Remember 15 minutes for each pound that it weigh and 15 minutes extra for the oven. then check it by sticking a fork in the side (through the wings) and holed it up so you can see the juices running out of the back, if they runn clear it's cooked.
