Question:

I have lots of zuccinni and spaghetti squash in my garden this year, how can I store so they don't go bad?

I think I'll have to cube and freeze the zuccinni, any other suggestions? And I've never had so much spag squash, does it stay good in a cold room or should I cook it and freeze it or start giving it away?

Answers:

Make zuccinni pickles, my gram used to make them they were so sweet and good.
