What is the shelf life of baby carrits?!

What is the shelf life of baby carrits?

I have some baby carrots that say "Best if used by August 6, 2007" . Some have like a few little white dried looking places on them, but most don't look too bad. Is it safe to use them?

Answers:

They have to sell in the stipulated time, So the mentioned to use before August 06, But you can use it by removing the damaged parts. Eventhough take care not to give to kids. As my suggestion cut into small pieces and wash in hot water and take it. Absolutely no problem. Next time try to use the carrot before it get damage (Better to use before the shelf life that is expiry life). Good Luck ! Take care of Health.
