Whats your opinion??

Will you please read this question properly, As im not doing this diet and no one i no is doing this diet!! I no it would be bad for you to do... but....
If someone was to get up at 6am, go for a power walk for halp hour then come home eat breakfast .... like say scrambled egg (no butter or milk) or brown bread toasted or branflakes, then basically exercise all day with dancing sit ups weights and for lunch had fruit or some thing like i said for breakfast and for dinner like rice, pasta,chicken breast or something small.. and not eat after 9pm and just drink alot of water.. in 3weeks would they have lost weight?
Like noticable amount of weight in the face, stomach ect??
(Me and my mate was talking about this the other day and both have diffrent views and as im bored i thought id find out what other people would say!! lol)
