Would i?...hmm?!


Question:

Would i?...hmm?

if i was to get up at 6am and sleep at 9pm and all throughout the day if i was munching on salad and fruit (and maybe for dinner small amount of pasta/rice, chicken etc) and any time i wasnt doing that i was either doing sit ups for half hour of steps or walking the dog ect then would i loose noticable weight in 3weeks??
Pls just answer with a "yes"/"no" and why. thank u
