How long do omelettes keep in the fridge?

I'm on a bodybuilding plan and have to eat omlettes for breakfast, and wonder if I can make a few up in advance and keep them in the fridge...


Answers:

3-4 days at most.

To make a bunch of them in advance, try baking them in a muffin pan. The 6 large muffin tin works really well.
