What to do with Polska Kielbasa...?
Something quick and easy. I only know of one dish but I need to do something different. Any suggestions?

I make a hungarian dish called Lezso.
Cut onions and peppers into 1 inch cubes and cook in a little olive oil until transparent. Add sliced Kielbasa and brown the meat. Put in about 1 - 2 tbsp of paprika, salt and pepper and let simmer for about 10 - 15 minutes.
Cook 1 lb of egg noodles (I use wide ones), drain and then add the meat mixture to the noodles and serve with a nice salad and fresh crusty bread and butter.
