How to be have a healthy diet with no time to eat healthy?
ok by the time i get home its 6.15 - 6.30 by the time i get to and home from gym its 7.30 - 8.00pm and by this time its to late to cook anything and by the time i do i have to also wash up and im only in bed at about 11.00pm ( by the time i wash up, wash my face, brush my teeth, etc: ) So normally i just get takeaway or i eat toasted cheese and tomato sandwich - but im sick of this and its taking a toll on me as i can feel its not a health balanced diet, i love veggies but it takes so long to cook. What are some ways i can improve my time so i dohave time to eat a healthy dinner and what are some healthy dinners i can cook in under 15 mins? including preparation?

Pick a day when you have some free time, probably weekend, and cook yourself some meals that you can freeze and then re-heat when you get home at night. You can make some lovely casseroles, either with meat or just with vegetables. You could fry up some mince and then freeze for later use - say as a savoury mince on toast, or spaghetti bolognese. The list is endless - check out some good recipes on the net. You could also have some nice healthy salads.
