Healthy, Filling Snacks for teenager?
I am a growing teenager, and seem to find myself constantly hungry. I was wondering if there were any filling but healthy snacks that I can eat?!

Sandwich I knowthat sounds silly but its really true. WHole grain wheat breat, lean mean and veggies like lettuce, pickles, cucumbers anything you like makes a great snack. But eat it like right aftr school or when theres enought time to not spoil your dinner.The more snacky things likechips, crackers, sweets will only make you more hungry. and of course lots of water. if you dont like sandwiches fruit and yogurt will help
